TERMS & CONDITIONS
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment could be cancelled or shortened.
If you would like to change or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask to give us 24 hours notice, or full payment can be taken.
Under 18's must attend with a parent or legal guardian.
If a patch test is required, the patch tests must be completed 48 hours before your booking with My Bare Skin.
Treatments that require a patch test: Laser Hair Removal, Chemical peels, Tinting & LVL lashes.
Consultation forms are mandatory and must be completed during the consultation prior to treatment.
Some medical conditions and pregnancy are contraindicated to certain treatments. Please inform us of any medical conditions before your booking.
