BLEMISH REMOVAL

You should expect to feel some level of discomfort, usually described as a slight stinging sensation. This is because cryotherapy exposes the skin to extreme cold temperatures. However, this is over extremely brief periods of time, and no extreme pain should be felt.

You may notice inflammation, swelling, redness, blisters, scabbing or weeping in the treatment area for up to two weeks after the treatment. For clients with naturally pigmented skin, you may notice a slight change in colour in the skin of the treatment area compared to the surrounding skin.

In most cases, only one cryotherapy treatment is needed. However, in the case of some blemishes, such as large skin tags multiple sessions may be needed.
